What’s up y’all. So your probably wondering about the title. And your anything like me I have struggled with weight loss for years. The thing is I just really love food too much, but recently I have been feeling really tired and just haven’t found the energy to do things that I love to do. Family time has suffered as well and that is not a good thing.
We have booked our cruise in November of this year, and I have vowed to get a little slimmer before then. I for once want to be on the beach and not worry about looking like a beached whale out there haha.
I think my biggest problem is that I try and actually workout for about a good week or two and then just stop. Taking one day off becomes 2 to 3 and so on. Plus with all the running around and trying to start a business, precious time adds up. This is where my problem stems from, it’s a routine that I have to break. The things is as well, is that I usually don’t know where to being? Either going to a gym and doing those 30 mins all body workouts that never seem to work, or a program I building on my own through an app. In any case, it does not work.
So what I plan to do is use my exercise bike and elliptical I have at home and do 30 mins a day to start and then start at home workouts to ease into. Nothing too big at the start just take it slow and steady. I guess I will update on here and let y’all know how its going.
